About the Owner

Kristie Dierig, Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant of Ever Spark, has more than 20 years of experience improving HR operations, Employee Experiences, and technological processes to help companies reimagine HR and put people back at the center of work.
 

As a leader in both IT, Analytics, and Human Resources, Kristie understands the evolving needs of business. From her role as an HR Business Partner for a global shared services division of Procter & Gamble (P&G) to leading the Strategy, Talent, and Capabilities for their large, global HR workforce, she understands the complexities of global organizations, team collaboration, data and insights, and the role HR programs and services play in supporting them.

She also played a key role in P&G’s Workday implementation project, building on her experiences in IT and HR, leading HCM design, Reporting strategy and design, and the global support model within weeks ahead of Go Live. It’s this experience which she operates from today, helping her clients through the change and organizational design elements of their own Workday implementations or other HRIS selection and implementation projects.

As a forward-thinking consultant, Kristie partners with her clients to implement holistic improvements in fundamental and sustainable ways that change culture, retention, and profitability for good. She believes the need is great, and yet within reach for all companies, with a little Spark.
